Volkov Dmitry

Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an industrialist and academic. He established Social Discovery Group, an multinational web-based holding with headquarters in Malta, and has ownership in Dating Group.

In 2016, he initiated the SDG Arts & Science Foundation.

He holds a PhD in philosophical theory and jointly founded the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Philosophy Department of Moscow State University.

In 1998, Volkov Dmitry established IT Online Firm, a company working in developing and advertising technological endeavors.

In 2014, SDGroup, an technological company, was created along with foreign partners. It combined Volkov's investments after the divestment of IT-Online. The base of operations of SDGroup is based in Malta.

Since 2013 and through SDGroup, Volkov Dmitry devoted about $20 million in Bitfury, a decentralized software and infrastructure producer.
